- We will need a visible and medium/high quality image to make the portrait. To get the best result, please provide a clear, high resolution image. Note that mobile screenshots can reduce the size and quality of the image.
- If you provide several pictures and do not express any preference, we will use the picture with better quality and the others will be useful for any colour and other details that the selected picture does not show correctly.

Hand Wash in cold or warm water
Iron inside-out on low-mid temperature 

⭐HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the number of pets 
2. Introduce your pet's name in the personalisation box
3. Attach the picture before placing the order or send us and email it to info@saradebono.com
4. I will send you a preview before being printed printing to make sure that everything is fine.

If you are not sure if your picture would work, email it to info@saradebono.com or via message and I will check it for you. 

 

*Please, note that colors can slightly vary from the digital proof to the printed product. Each screen has different lighting and resolution, and also, the material where it is printed on can effect on the final result. This is not usually an issue and as you can see on the reviews, they come out great :)
*White colour cannot be printed. White colour will use the colour of the fabric. So the color of the fabric will be the lightest color.

 

⭐SHIPPING TIMES:

The preview takes 2 to 4 working days to be ready. Processing and delivery times might increase during Christmas season. 

We will email you the preview for you to confirm if everything is fine before printing and shipping. 

After your confirmation, the delivery time will depend on your location: 

United Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days

Europe: 4 to 8 working days

United States, Canada & Australia: 4 to 8 working days
